How it works

Fast Onboarding: You’ll be fully onboarded within 24 hours, ready to start accepting bookings.

Seamless Booking Process: Bookings are sent directly to your phone and email. NOD will also follow up (usually via text) to confirm your availability. If you’re unable to accept, you can easily decline.
‍
Instant Payments: Once the job is completed, payment is processed immediately and deposited into your nominated bank account.
‍
Flexible Notice Period: On average, nannies and sitters receive 4–5 hours notice for a booking. Occasionally, parents may need someone urgently within an hour due to emergencies. There’s no obligation to accept last-minute requests if you're unavailable.

Competitive Pay Rates: Our bookings start at two hours and are compensated at a premium flat rate of $80 for two-hour jobs.

Meet-and-Greet Option: We also offer a 30-minute meet-and-greet service, paid at a flat rate of $40,
