- Definitions
- "Service" refers to the platform nod.org.nz that connects parents with nannies for childcare professionals.
- "User" refers to any individual who registers, books, or interacts with our platform. Nannies, Babysitters and Parents.
- User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
- Booking Process
- To book a nanny, Users must select their desired service, service provider, date, and time, and complete the payment process.
- All bookings are subject to availability. On the rare occurrence a Nanny or Babysitter is unwell or something critical comes up, we will do our best to find a replacement, but cannot guarantee one.
- Payment
- Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.
- Users agree to pay the fees associated with the booked service at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel a booking up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total service fee.
- Nanny Responsibilities
- Nannies are responsible for providing a safe and caring environment for children.
- Nannies must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and communicate any changes promptly.
- Nannies are responsible for providing their own transport to and from homes.
- Liability
- getnod.io/nod.org.nz act solely as a platform to connect Users with nannies and babysitters and is not responsible for any actions, omissions, or conduct of the nannies or Users.
- Users agree to indemnify and hold getnod.io/nod.org.nz harmless from any claims arising from their use of our services.
- Privacy
- We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
- Changes to Terms
- getnod.io/nod.org.nz reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- 11. Governing Law
- These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of New Zealand.
